LECTURER

Since 2010, I am full professor of Strategic Management at the Neu-Ulm University of Applied Sciences in Bavaria, Germany. I have taught in the fields of contemporary and sustainable strategic management, sustainable strategizing, sustainable entrepreneurship & business model innovation, strategy execution & transformation, and strategic marketing at postgraduate (MBA), graduate (Master of Science, MAS) and undergraduate (Bachelor) levels at:

  • EDHEC Business School (Lille & Nice, France)
  • Kanagawa University (Yokohama, Japan)
  • University of Basel, WWZ (Basel, Switzerland)
  • University of Hawai’i at Mānoa, Shidler College of Business (Honolulu, USA)
  • University of Malta (Msida, Malta)

I have also taught strategy at customized (in-house) executive leadership programs and open enrollment management trainings at various companies and institutions such as:

  • European Business School (EBS)
  • Universitätsseminar der Wirtschaft (USW), Schloss Gracht
  • Akademie Deutscher Genossenschaften (ADG)
  • Horváth Academy
  • Steinbeis-Hochschule Berlin
  • Ueberreuther Manager Academy

I am a strong advocate of continuous learning as I believe dynamic capabilities –the ability to learn, innovate and adapt– are vital for navigating through an increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous, and disruptive world.

I continuously further my knowledge about strategy and sustainability at various globally renowned institutions such as Harvard Business School, University of Cambridge, Insead, Academy of Management, and Strategic Management Society.

Inspiring leadership, sustainable strategizing, and excellent execution are keys to a thriving future.
